Cancellation of Order/s will only be accepted if they have not been dispatched. Once an order has been taken by the Courier Service, then we will not be able to Cancel the Order, unless:-
1. The customer pays the carriage charges.
2. Any Fabric cut to Order is Non Refundable. We may consider giving the customer a Credit Note until such time the fabric is re-sold providing the customer returns the fabric to us and pays the carriage charge or we have our couriers pick it up at the customer's expense.
3. Any cancellation must be done within 24 hours of placing an order by e-mail or by fax.

If you would like to see the fabrics before your purchase, please send an Pre Paid Envelope or 2 first class stamps.
Our aim is to help and please the customer at all times. Once an order is shipped out, we are responsible for the carriage charges and we have no way around this.
